Free Delivery

Free next day delivery applies to all orders with a value greater than £150.00 (excluding VAT), received before 11.00am and to be delivered to customers anywhere in the England Scotland and Wales (excluding the Highlands, Channel/ offshore Islands and Northern Ireland).

Next day delivery £7.99 up to 20Kg parcel, and £4.50 for every 20 kg parcel thereafter with a maximum charge of £35 delivery
Pre 12am delivery £12 per parcel
Saturday delivery £14 per parcel
All orders to the Highlands, Northern Ireland and all of the Isles are a 2 day service but can take up to 5 working days to deliver. They are charged at £17.95 per parcel
All next day deliveries must be placed before 11.00am for guaranteed delivery, however, orders placed after this time and up until 3pm we will still try our hardest to dispatch on the day

Do I Have To Sign For Delivery?

The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods delivered as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient. If you are not available to sign for your goods, you will receive a calling card from our courier. You will then have to call the number on the card quoting the reference given to arrange a re-delivery.

Please be aware that the courier will only attempt to deliver your parcel twice and if they are unsuccessful then the parcel will be returned to our premises. If the fault is not due to us or our courier you will be charged again for the redelivery.

*PLEASE NOTE: if your parcel does not arrive in the time specified please contact us soon as possible to rearrange a new delivery date.
